You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain a strong, secure password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Distribute viruses or malicious software
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you upload. By using VMC, you grant us a license to host, store, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You can cancel anytime, but refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

VMC is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riyadh.
